39 Degree North
Established in December 2004, 39 degrees north LLC is an Indiana-based company elaborating in software development, principally the design and implementation of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The Indiana Geological Survey (IGS), a research institute of Indiana University, when I met the other co-founders of 39°N. Indiana University and the IGS made their start possible by allowing them flexibility in scheduling the work they do for them, and they continue to maintain a strong presence at the IGS.
