AIPGMET 2011 All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance Test
All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance Test (AIPGMET) is organizing entrance test in the admission to various post graduate medical courses under DY Patil Medical College, Kolhapur 416006. The AIPGMET provides the admission in different medical programs like MS (General surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Ophthalmology, ENT (Otorhinolaryngology), Anatomy, Orthopedics) and MD (General medicine, Pediatrics, Pathology, Psychiatry, Dermatology, Anesthesiology, Microbiology, Physiology).
Application Forms
The interested candidates who want to take admission in AIPGMET entrance test are required to fill the application form and submit with the attested copy of their documents in the AIPGMET office along with the prescribed fees.
Entrance Test Fee
The candidates should pay of Prescribe amount for entrance test. The entrance test fee is send by demand draft to AIPGMET in favour of “Registrar, D.Y. Patil University” payable at Kolhapur. The candidate should write their name and address back side of the DD. If the application form is received with entrance test fee the form will be rejected.
Eligibility
The candidate should pass MBBS of its equaling exams to take part in AIPGMET entrance test.
Entrance Examination Details
The AIPGMET entrance examination is for 3 and half hours duration. The AIPGMET entrance exams contains 300 multiple choice questions. In this exam there is no negative marking scheme for incorrect answers. Each question contains one mark only.
Results
The results of AIPGMET are issued on February, 2011. The candidates can check their marks on official website.
Important Dates
Last date on application form submitting is Last January, 2011
Entrance test date is 2nd Week of February, 2011.
Counseling date is 3rd Week March, 2011.
