Alagappa University was launched in the year 1985 by a Special Act of the Government of Tamil Nadu. The Alagappa University is situated on a straggling and ideally fitted sweep of about 420 acres in the business town of Karaikudi in Sivaganga District in Tamil Nadu. Alagappa University, esteemed for its correspondence courses, licensed by National Assessment and Accreditation Council with an A grade. The University was identified as Alagappa University after the famed philanthropist and educationist Dr. RM. Alagappa Chettiar who was the beginner of several institutions, which gathered to emerge as a University.

Eligibility:

Selection process
