Baba Farid University of Health Sciences was launched beneath an Act authorized by the general assembly of the State of Punjab in July, 1998. The mission of the University is to make an intellectual, academic and physical surround, contributing to free flow of thoughts and exchange of information between several faculties of the University and among this University and other Universities of Health Sciences in the nation.
