Bharati Vidyapeeth Biotechnology
Bharati Vidyapith, currently acknowledged as Bharati Vidyapith University, launched by Dr. Patangrao Kadam in 1964 has one of the biggest chain of institutions operating under it. In 1996, twelve colleges were brought under the BVU Deemed University. It has various institutions rating from schools to Medical and Engineering colleges running under it. It currently has a network of about 140 institutions. Major campuses are situated in Pune, Navi Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolhapur, Sangli.
