BHU-PMT (Pre Medical Test) is an entrance exam for admission to several bachelor medical courses which admit MBBS, BDS, BAMS and B Pharm from Banaras Hindu University. Admission to MBBS course is by two levels: PMT Screening and PMT Mains. Only those who qualify in PMT Screening can perform for PMT Mains for MBBS course. Admission to other courses like BDS, B Pharm and BAMS is by only PMT Screening.

Eligibility
An examinee should have passed 10+2 or equal examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% marks in aggregate for general examinees and 40% for SC/ST/OBC examinees. For B. Pharm course a candidate should have got at least 60% marks for general and OBC candidates and 55% for SC/ST candidates. Those who are doing class 12th exams in 2010 can also apply. Also a examinee should be between 17-25 years of age as on 31st December, 2010.\
Availability of Application forms for BHU PMT 2010
Forms for BHU PMT are expected to be available in January 1st week from designated Post Offices all over India. The form can also be received by post by sending a request for the form along with a DD by a registered post.
