The University of Mumbai is a state university placed in Maharashtra state of India.
The name of the University was altered from University of Bombay to University of Mumbai according to a Government Gazette dated 4 September 1996.

Bombay University MBA programs:
Full time MBA lasting two years
Part time MBA programs last 3 years; classes are generally held in the evenings
Executive MBA programs last for two years or without and planned for working managers and execs. The participants work full time.
Distance MBA’s are usually held off campus and correspondence and online interactive broadcasting is the mode of study here.

Eligibility
The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree (3-year course) with a minimum aggregate of 50%, from a recognized University.

Selection process
The admission is on the basis of the performance in CET test and also CAT MAT, Group Discussion and personal interview.

and also at the appointed test centers. Candidate who wants to apply has to carry filled registration form, support documents & D/D to the Test center for Registration & appointment.
