Introduction
Calcutta national medical college and hospital is topically known as Chittaranjan hospital was founded in 1948. In 1967 the institute was nationalized. The college is distinguished by Medical Council of India (MCI) and has all the divisions which are determined by the MCI. Around the past years, it has developed many well-characterized and technical masters, who are presenting the country at world-wide level. Calcutta national medical college provides bachelor’s degree courses in MBBS. A candidate who wants to admission to this course will be oriented by a merit list set up on the ground of the marks of the examinees in the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). The reservation in this course will be given to various reserved classes like SC, ST and OBC as per the Government of India norms.

Admission procedure
Admission into MBBS Course would be done by CEE conducted by PSG. P S G provides MBBS & PG Course. A Candidate who has passed his Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent examination with 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology or Botany & Zoology are eligible to apply.
