    Hi, I have done PG Diploma in Multimedia and Animations from CDAC Mohali. I have query that whether the CDAC comes under the UGC recognized universities??? And as well like to know that am I eligible for the 2nd year of Msc IT in Panjab Technical University or Kurukshetra University??
