Introduction
The Central Institute of Brackishwater Aquaculture (CIBA), one of the eight institutes beneath the Fisheries Division of the Indian administrative body of Agricultural Research (ICAR) was launched in April 1987 to carry research and furnish technology back up to the Brackishwater aquaculture sector.
