Central Government Health Scheme was inserted in Mumbai in the year 1963 with seven dispensaries. All over the years the scheme has expanded considerably and presently there are 26 Dispensaries, 2 Polyclinics, 4 Homoeopathic units and 2 Ayurvedic dispensaries. Applications are received from the eligible candidates in the prescribed proforma alogwith attested copy of certificates in support of qualification, experience, and date of birth and caste for filling up of the given technical jobs on purely temporary basis.
