Chanakya National Law University is situated in the ancient city of Patna, capital of Bihar, India. Chanakya National Law University was instituted under the Chanakya National Law University Act, 2006 (Bihar Act No. 24 of 2006) and admitted in department 2(f) of the U.G.C. Act, 1956.
Chanakya National Law University provides integrated Law programme of five years duration for the students aim to make their career in Law. The admission in the University is entirely done on the basis of the rank obtained in the Common Law Admission Test is conducted in different parts of the country.
Eligibility for CNLU 2011
The candidate must have done 10+2 from a recognized board or equivalent.
The candidate must have got a minimum of 45% marks as aggregate in the 10+2 examinations.
Distribution of seats:
Total no. of seats: 80 seats.
Merit list: 60 seats
Admission for foreign nationals: 20 seats
