Introduction
Co-Operative Medical College, (CMC), Cochin is one amongst the prime medical institutions in the Kerala state. The college is ruled by the Co-operative Academy of Professional Education founded by the Government of Kerala. The college primarily provides the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) Course at the undergraduate level.

The course is a 4 1/2 year course pursued by 1 year internship and the college takes a total of 100 students in the course, each year. There is also a hospital placed close to the Co-Operative Medical College (CMC), Kochi and the hospital is affiliated with the college, as a teaching hospital.

Co-Operative Medical College, (CMC), Cochin provides bachelor’s degree courses in MBBS. A candidate who wants to admission to this course will be oriented by a merit list set up on the ground of the marks of the examinees in the Common Entrance Test (CET). The reservation in this course will be given to various reserved classes like SC, ST and OBC as per the Government of India norms.

Admission procedure
A Candidate who has passed his Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent examination with 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology or Botany & Zoology are eligible to apply.
