Cornell Degrees Two degrees are offered at the master’s level in the Field of Food Science and Technology: the Master of Science (M.S.) and the Master of Professional Studies (farming) (M.P.S.). The M.S. is a research degree (thesis required) and prepares students for continuation to a Ph.D. program or for research and growth attitudes. They must submit a project report. The graduate field of food science and technology also offers the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree.
Cornell Degrees Newly grew to begin in August 2008, Food Science at Cornell has partnered with Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) in India to offer students in India and the USA a dual master’s degree program. Chose students will earn a M.P.S in Food Science from Cornell and a M.Tech (Master of Technology) in Food Processing and Marketing from TNAU.
