How to Apply
A candidate needs to avail the application form from the various sources. The application form can be availed either by downloading from the official website or by collecting in person from the designated places. The information about the places is also provided by the website. After the form is applied, one has to fill the form completely with all the essential data. After filling the form entirely, one has to send it to the mentioned place on or before the last date of submission. One should take special care that the form must be submitted before the last date of submission.

Syllabus
PMET (Punjab Medical Entrance Test) entrance test paper comprises of questions from Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
CREMA Admit Card 2011
Admit card will be available online and sent to all applicants on their email address. It will not be sent by post. Candidates need to paste their photograph and sign at the needed place on both the Admit Card and application and get their sign and photograph.
