David Memorial Institute of Management
Introduction
David Memorial Institute of Management is a prominent management college of Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The management institute is attached to Osmania University and is sanctioned by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. In 1997-98 David Memorial Institute of Management was began.
David Memorial Education Society was established in the year, 1968 in the memory of late Dr.R.David, (Retd. Medical Officer Government of Andhra Pradesh). In July 1980 the Society began a Junior College for Girls under the name of Guruswamy Women’s Christian Junior College as a token of gratitude to late Mr.N.K.Guruswamy , IAS (retd). The Society got permission in 1994 to start David Memorial Degree and P.G College with B.Com, & B.Sc., M.Sc., Courses. The College is sanctioned by All India Council for Technical Education and affiliated to Osmania University.

Duration
Both of courses are 2 year duration.
Eligibility
A Bachelor’s degree after (10+2) in any discipline from a recognized institution, with at least 50% marks. Candidates appearing for the final bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination can also apply.
Post Graduate:
The student must have cleared his/her Bachelor’s degree in applicable subjects, with minimum 50% marks.
Selection process
Applicant shall have to appear Common Admission Test (CAT) to be conducted by IIMs
Candidates short-listed on the basis of CAT score will be called for Group Discussion and Interview for final selection. Our institute uses CAT score for short-listing candidates for our two year full time program in Management.
