Dayalbagh Educational Institute Deemed University
The Government of India announced the DAYALBAGH EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE, as an institution deemed to be a University from the session 1981.82, beneath Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act. The Institute has since been accorded the membership of the affiliation of Indian Universities. The Institute consists of the faculties of Arts, Commerce, Education, Engineering, Science and Social Sciences. From the session 1986.87, the DEI Technical College, Dayalbagh, a diploma level Engineering
Soon after Dayalbagh was established in 1915, the Radhasoami Satsang Sabha, in pursuance of the lofty ideals to evolve the superman of tomorrow, began the Radhasoami Educational Institute, as a co. educational Middle School, open to all, on January 1, 1917.
