DEFENCE Institute of Armament Technology Pune
Institute of Armament Technology came into being in 1952 as Institute of Armament Studies. Earlier the institute was intended for training few selected defense personnel on the technology of armaments. The institute changed to its current position in 1967. The R&D council of the Ministry of Defence changed the scope of the institute from specialization in armaments to a broader perspective in the years 1964 and 1981.

At present I am working as Addl. General Manager in Ordnance Factory in SAG Grade with 40,000 Basic Pay + 10,000 Grade Pay.
I have done my PhD in Mechanical Engineering in 2007.
