Delhi Medical Council receive complaints from public against mismanage or neglectfulness by a medical practicing, to go forward for inquest, take a decision on deserves the case and to start disciplinal action or award compensation and likewise to take action against frivolous ailments.
Allowing to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, the main aims of the Medical Council of India are to conserve uniform standards of medical education, both undergraduate and postgraduate. It sacrifices permanent registration and provisional registration to the doctors.
Isolated from the Indian Medical Council also has the authority for conserving reciprocally with extraneous countries in the matter of reciprocal credit of medical reservations, registration of additional qualifications and issue of Good Standing Certificates for doctors becoming abroad to Commonwealth of Nations.
