The Diploma in Employment Law is instructed by intends of lectures over the course of 21 weeks. The Graduate Diploma in Law (Workplace and Employment Law) allows for students with a thorough grounding in labour law and is applicable for those working, or who objective to work, in workplace and employment law or an associated area. This degree will enable you to develop further legal expertise, adding value in the workplace also as allowing for the chance to hone your acquirements in this specialized area of law and construct on your existing experience. The program admits a diverse range of units, covering topics such as collective dickering agreements, individual contracts, occupational health and safety and electronic workplace law.
