Examinees for graduation should file with the Office of the Registrar both a Formal Application for Graduation and a Diploma Form. If degree necessities will be finished in a spring or summer term, the forms should be referred no later than the 3rd week of the preceding fall term. Timely submission of the Formal Application for Graduation and Diploma Form assist ensure that degree examinees are admitted in beginning postings and the beginning curriculum, will be considered for beginning awards, will have a diploma ordered, etc.
The Diploma Form includes your graduation information, adding your name as you want it to come along on your diploma and in the beginning curriculum. If no Diploma Form is referred, the scholar new name on record with the University will be utilized when printing the commencement curriculum and diploma.
