Direct admission procedure of lateral entry for Tilak Maharastra University

i am the student of diploma engg.i want lateral entry in your university.what is the procedure to get direct admission in 2nd year.if there is cet conducted then when it is conducted?..how to apply?.. where to apply?.i have completed my diploma engg from TILAK MAHARASTRA UNIVERSITY,PUNE with 65% of marks,can i get direct admission?. plz provide me the full data for lateral entry in your university in year 2009.i am waiting for your reply.

heelo sir im raj .ihave 12th from p.s.e.b mohali and one year diploma in computer hardware and networking from iiht centre chandigarh . i get direct admission in bscit 2nd year . please provide me the full procedure for lateral entry inyour university in year 2010 through distence learning .im waiting for your reply.thanks
