Padmashree Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College was constituted in 1996. It is sanctioned by Medical Council of India, Government of India & the Government of Maharashtra. The college building is a masterpiece of architecture and has all state of the art facilities. The College has four well-planned lecture halls with a seating capacity of 200 in each. The desks are well spaced out and halls are airy, well lit and with excellent acoustics. Each hall has the most recent audio-visual teaching aids.
