The Tamil nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University is located in Southern part of the City of Chennai in the State of Tamil nadu, South India. Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University is nearly 6 Km from the Chennai International and around 12 km from the Chennai Central Railway Station.

Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University is one of the first Medical Universities of India named later the former CM of Tamil nadu Dr. M.G. Ramachandran and it is the second higest Health Sciences University in India.
