AICET is carried every year by Dr. D.Y.Patil University. A big number of students from all over country involved in doing MBBS and BDS apply for Dr. DY Patil AICET every year and the contest is very difficult.

Pattern of Examination
The exam is carrying 3 hour duration and question is similar from your 12th exam and some other is only general knowledge question Entrance Test will consist of various choice Questions from Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany.
Eligibility criteria
A student should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology with atlas 50% aggregate marks in PCB (40% for SC/ST).. Also a student should have attained the age of 17 years before 31st December, 2011. Students who are attending for class 12th exams in 2011 can also apply
Application forms
Application forms for AICET will be available straight from Dr. D.Y.Patil University, Pune and chose branches of Andhra Bank throughout India.
The form can also be received by post by mailing a request for the form along with a DD to Dr. D.Y.Patil University, Pune.
Student can also download the form from the University website www.dypatiluniversity.org and send it along with the demand draft.
