The EFL University (then CIEFL) Campus at Lucknow was begun in 1979.The EFL University, being the only fundamental university in the field of English and Foreign Languages in the country, has been conveying out technique courses in English language for international and Indian learners. The University is issuing as an international ethnical hub in the true sensation of the word, in the field of English and Foreign Languages. The University also applies Govt. of India systems through the District Centres (approx. 35 in number), Institutes of English Language Training (16 in number) and Regional Institutes of English (Chandigarh and Bengaluru).
