Entrepreneurship Development Institute
Introduction
The Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDI or EDII) is a nonprofit organization devoted to promote entrepreneurship that is grounded in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. It is supported by apex financial institutions, namely the IDBI bank ltd, IFCI ltd. ICICI ltd and state bank of India (SBI). The EDI has been picked out as a member of the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) network of Centers of Excellence for HRD Research and Training. The campus dwells of residential services, classrooms, offices and a library, organized within seven buildings connected by two axes. An area, to be built in the future, will complete the master plan. Attendees must give a demo, a session, or help with one, or otherwise volunteer / promote in some way to support the event. All demonstrations are scheduled at the day they happen but prepare in advance & come early to get a slot on the wall.
