Introduction
GITAM Institute of Foreign Trade (GIFT) is a shoot of Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) – an honored seat of higher learning situated in the most going on city of Visakhapatnam.
GIFT was founded in 1997, in academic coaction with Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce, and Government of India. The course fee is Rs. 2 lakhs per annum payable in two installments.
Eligibility
Three-year Bachelor Degree (after 10+2) from an accredited University in any subject with minimum 50% marks.
Those who waiting results of Degree examinations may also apply. If proof of graduation is not presented by 30th September 2010, their admission will be automatically cancelled without refund of fee.
Preference will be given to student s with one or two years of work experience after degree, as well as to Graduates / Post-Graduates in Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology and Agriculture.
Admission Process
.1 Applicants are short-listed on the basis of CAT-09 / IIFT-09 / XAT-09 / MAT (Sep’10, Dec’10, & Feb’08)/ GET-10 / GMAT test scores, for Essay Writing, Case Analysis, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
2. Final selection is based on aggregate of the best Test Score and scores in essay writing, case analysis, GD and PI.
3. Group Discussions and Personnel Interviews will be held during March 2008 at Bangalore, Visakhapatnam and Bhubaneswar. The Institute reserves the right to add or delete any centre(s).
4. GIFT Entrance Test (GET-10) will be conducted on MID March, 2010, at the same centers mentioned above for GD and PI.
How to apply
Request form and the Prospectus can be got from the Admission Office of the Institute on Payment of Rs.500 by cash at the counter or Rs.550 in shape of D.D. in favor of Gitam, payable at GITAM

I completed my degree in B.com computers,with percentage of 49%.Am i elegible to do foreign trade course by paying management seat.. help me.
