Got graduation is 42%, can eligible for MBA or any other option to do MBA.

i m B.Com graduate with 21 months part time experience and i m also tennis player i played till national level also represented my university consecutive 3yrs,but my aggregate of graduation is 42%.i want to know that i m eligible for mba or any other option to do mba.
