Got mat exam scored 680.50 is there any way through iirm can get the admission in top five colleges?

i have appeared in the dec. mat exam and scored 680.50 compiosite score but i dint fill the iirm among the five colleges of the choice . Is there any way through which i can get the admission in this college . Also let me know the fee structure .
