Graduation Oxford

Graduates of the Oxford University shall wear robes, gowns, and hoods of the colures, materials, and shapes as shall be from time to time dictated in the Register of Colures and Materials of Gowns and Hoods for Degrees of the University of Oxford, sanctioned through the Vice-Chancellor after consultation with the Proctors, and deposited in the University Archives.

2. Black gown and hood
3. Black gown, hood, square (or for women, a soft cap3 if desired), and subfusc (Full Academic Dress)
4. Black gown, hood, square (or for women, a soft cap3 if desired), subfusc, and bands
