Gujarat State Biotechnology Mission Recruitment 2011
The Gujarat State Biotechnology, Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of Gujarat, is beginning a Project – GGI [Gujarat Genomics Initiative] with an authorization of starting the genomics research, and to render the determining and related molecular biology services to the stakeholders of the state. Gujarat State Biotechnology Mission calls for applications for the following positions to be filled up in GGI. Gujarat State Biotechnology, Department of Science & Technology has appointed the desirable candidates in 2010 for the following posts; in 2011 the department may open the similar Vacancy, the details to related posts are below given:-
Post: Network Administrator
Vacancies: 1 temporary position on contract basis for the period of 11 Months
Qualifications & Experience: Candidate must have graduate degree in Computer Science with CCNA or CCNP or Equivalent Certifications. Experience (1-2 Years) in Network Administration in Linux Environment shall be preferred. Knowledge of cluster management will be an added advantage.
Post: – Junior Research Fellow
Vacancy: – 3 temporary positions on contract basis for the period of 11 months.
Eligibility Candidate should have post graduate degree in Biotechnology & allied areas. Experience in handling molecular biology instruments and techniques with a problem solving approach shall be preferred.
