Guru Nanak Eye Centre offered comprehensive eye health care services to the public, free of cost. The Eye Centre set out operating independently in 1985. Guru Nanak Eye Centre has 48 bedded particular paid wards Maulana Azad Medical College and confederate hospital complex lie in of four basic units, namely, Maulana Azad Medical College, Lok Nayak Hospital, Govind Ballabh Pant Hospital and Guru Nanak Eye Centre.
