I am bsc. Degree holder can get eligible write exam in ANGRAU?

sir,
i am a student of B.Sc CA&BM, which is started in the year 2003 in ANGRAU, hyderabad (A.P) university campus only.
i passed out from the campus last year(june 2008),
am i eligible to write the exam with my degree. as our professors said that the course you studied is not recognised under ICAR.
now what i have to do.

   I am doing final year of B.E on computer science and engineering in anna university i have been inspired on charted account so i need to study so what to do? first i woukd like to know the matter that can i apply for CA………. And tell me the details of CA…….
