Bangalore based BPO major Accenture and IGNOU have enrolled into a collaboration to extend a diploma course on BPO services in India. The course objective to formulate a diploma program is designed to help grow India’s outsourcing industry. It will facilitate complete human resource training to candidates to make career in BPO sector. This one-year program will be available to more than ten lakh students from across the India by several well knitted networks of IGNOU. The course hopes to extend students an understanding of a range of BPO services, adding developing personal calculating and communication skills, which are major essential eligibility standards to work in BPOs.
