The International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad (IIIT-H) is an independent university constituted in 1998. IIIT-H was established as a research university centered on the core fields of IT, such as Computer Science, Electronics and Communications, and their applications in other domains. A Governing Council comprising of high people from academia, industry and government presides over the governance of the institution. The Institute combines opening up research with top class teaching.
About The IIIT Hyderabad Techfest
Techfest has taken over the years of the many initiatives that, Nexus is 1 of the significant and successful 1s which would come in its 3rd year later on visiting more than 9 centers spanning the duration and breadth of the nation. Over its 11 years of its being Techfest has introduced lots initiatives, from Micro Mouse to the Full throttle series, and from SciTech to Technoholix each with an aim to bring students closer to science and technology. Nexus kicks off on the 23rd of August with a 2 day workshop at IIIT Hyderabad that deals with the basics of building a solar robot.
