Candidate should have master degree from any recognized university with minimum 60% aggregate marks.

Admission is based on entrance test candidate has to score in that test. I did my Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Administration from Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad it a AICT approved degree.
I wanted to enquire that am I eligible for the PHD programe?
If yes than is it nessecary to have some valid score?
