IISER PhD
Indian institute of science education and research was introduced in 2006 and located in Kolkata. The central theme of the IISER is to incorporate education with research so that undergraduate teaching as well as doctoral and postdoctoral research PhD work could be accomplished in symbiosis. Candidate should have master degree in any discipline with minimum 55% aggregate from any recognized university.
Admission process
Admission for PhD course is based on entrance test that is conduct by the university. Candidate has to fill out an application form and submit that before the last date. The lists of selected candidate in 2010 entrance test exam are available at the official site of the institute. Selected candidates are invited for personal interview.
