The Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) was launched as an independent institute of national importance in 1959 by the Government of India. One of the seven respected IITs in India, this institute has been phenomenal in grooming the students. IIT Madras is one of the greenest residential campuses in the country. IIT Madras has been serving the students for over 50 years and imparting quality education. The institute offers a 2 year full-time (segmented into 8 trimester) Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme.

Eligibility
The candidate should have a B.E/ B.Tech degree with First Class from a recognized university to get admission to the MBA Programme at IIT Madras.
Selection process
Candidates are selected on the basis of their performance in Management Entrance Test (JMET) with good score. Candidates short-listed on the basis of Entrance Test score will be called for Group Discussion and Interview for final selection.
Admission process
The candidates have to purchase or download the application form and submit it with the photocopies of documents to get admission in MBA programme at IIT Madras. All candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs.300 (SC/ST candidates have to pay Rs.150) by DD drawn in favor of the ‘Registrar, IIT Bombay’ payable at SBI and Canara Bank, IIT Powai branch.
