We at IIT conceive that much of economic growth that would take place in the coming years in India has to be by efficient management of ventures which are in their growth phase. The management of organization in this phase involves dealing with technological changes at the micro as well as at the macro level. To encourage interdisciplinary learning and to hold up with the changing environment, IIT Bombay constituted its management school in 1995 with the aim of transforming professionals with technological background to “Renaissance Leaders” of tomorrow.
