Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management Gwalior
The Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management was founded at New Delhi in 1983 below the Ministry of Tourism and Culture primarily to help as a Human Resource Wing of the Ministry of Tourism. It is a prime centre of excellence for teaching, training and research in Tourism, Travel and Cargo. A centre for Eastern India was founded at Bhubaneswar in 1996. A centre at Delhi became operational in July 2007.
Being a specialized centre for teaching, training, research and consultancy in the tourism and travel sphere, the MBA programme furnishes specializations in Air fares and Ticketing, Air Cargo Operations, Tour Operations, Marketing.
When are notifications advertised and forms given
The notifications for the courses are publicized in the leading newspapers in February. You require to download the application form from the website and send the completed form along with a DD of Rs. 700/- in favour of the Director IITTM, payable at Gwalior. This has to be sent to the Chairman-Admissions, IITTM to the above mentioned address. The close date for completed application forms is in the first week of April.
Eligibility
Graduation in any subject. Examinees appearing in last year graduation exam may also apply subject to the circumstance.
