IMDR Pune Admissions 2011 Institute of Management Development and Research
IMDR has opened up management education in Pune. It was the first management institute to be established in Pune and has been imparting its courses since the year 1977. IMDR is a component of the 124-year-old Deccan Education Society, which was founded by stalwarts of the Indian freedom struggle to spread education in all parts of Indian society. In holding with the traditions of DE Society, IMDR focuses on academic values at reasonable fees. IMDR is going to conduct an entrance examination for giving admission in it various full time/part time programs for upcoming session 2011-201.

Eligibility:
Graduate in any subject (10+2+3) accredited by the Association of Indian Universities / AICTE as eligible for post graduate studies, with minimum 50% marks and 45% for SC/ST candidates. To be eligible for admission to IMDR, all candidates have to take the Common Admission Test (CAT).
Admissions process
Admissions to the full-time courses will be given to graduates by an Entrance Test, adopted by Group Work and Personal Interview. The Education Testing Service of US makes out the Institute for Graduate Studies in Business Management and sends out the GMAT marks of applicants to the Institute. The Indian Institutes of Management have allowed association to the Institute for the aim of their Common Admission Test of graduate programmes in Management.

Application forms are also available for sale at IMS Learning Resources, T.I.M.E, Cerebral Heights, Bulls Eye, Career Forum, Pathfinders Pvt. Ltd. Thereafter, the duly filled application form accompanied with a DD drawn in favor of ‘Director, IMDR’ must be submitted addressed to IMDR, DES Campus, Agarkar Road, Deccan Gymkhana, Pune 411 004.
