Introduction
Indian School of Mines (ISM) is a fully Resident and co-educational university situated in the mineral-rich belt of India in the city of Dhanbad, Jharkhand. It was founded in 1926 on the lines of Royal School of Mines, London. Today, it is a multi-disciplinary institute providing to a broad range of engineering and technological subjects and is considered among the best engineering institutes in the nation. It was provided the tag of reputed ‘”IIT” in year 2000 (before IIT Roorkee), but due to some administration and alumni problem, it could not become IIT. But again the mission for changing it to IIT has been began.

Post Graduate:
ME / M Tech
To be eligible, Graduation in ME/M.Tech is must for this PG program.

The student should have done Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field from any recognized University or institution.
Master of Business Administration
For this PG program, the aspirant should have completed his or her UG in any stream from any recognized University or institution.
Doctorate:
