Introduction
Indian School of Mines University (ISMU), founded in 1926, is a premier institution of international repute. Indian School of Mines University (ISMU) conducts an admission process for admission to its MBA programme. It only offered engineering programs but since 1997 it has started an MBA program which has been highly successful so much that ISMU is considered one of the top rated b-schools in the country for its MBA program.
Eligibility
The candidate should have a 3 years Graduaet degree or equivalent from a recognized institute with at least 50% aggregate marks. The Candidates in their final year of graduation can also apply.
Selection process
The Candidates are graded on the basis of their CAT scores.
The Graded candidates are then called for Personal Interview and General Discussion after which the final selections are made.
Final selection
The Examinees Final selection is based on a number of factors admitting Personal Interview, GD, Past Academic Record, Work Experience and Extra curricular activities.
How to Apply
The Application forms for IMI will be available from October from ISMU. The form can be found by post from ISMU, Dhanbad by sending out a DD in favor of Registrar, ISM University and payable at Dhanbad of Rs. 1500.
