Information fee according to AICTE regulations

I got selected for 2009 bimtech PGDM IB course. I want to know about BIMTECH fees refund rules. They say its according to AICTE regulations. If I want to cancel my admission before course commences, will I get my fees back? If i wnat to cancel my admission after course commence ( say June end), will I get my proportionate fees back?
