Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai, is India’s prime chemical engineering and technology research institute. The Mumbai University Institute of Chemical Technology, recognized before as UDCT is the most prominent Institute of the University of Mumbai. It was launched on 4th August 1934 and was lately granted the status of the Institute on 26th January 2002 and renamed MUICT. ICT gardens have projected various prizes at the City level. The ICT has preserved its academic excellence over the past 75 years and is graded between the best colleges in India. ICT faculty members find various researches allows through national institutions and international collaborative research programs.
