ITM, Chennai was started by his Excellency, Governor of Tamil Nadu, Dr. M. Channa Reddy, in July 1993. It is one of the resulting management institutes in Tamil Nadu, devoted to the development of business professionals who add value to their systems and society at large. PGDM -The Post Graduate Diploma in Management
It is a two-year, full time; fully residential program sanctioned by AICTE and is offered at four ITM Campuses.

Eligibility
The candidate must have Graduate in any discipline, from any recognized University, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Candidates passing degree examination by part time/distance Learning/ correspondence/ open school/ externally or in one sitting are not eligible.
Selection process
The candidate shall have to appear Common Admission Test (CAT/ MAT/ ATMA/ State Level CETC) to be conducted by IIMs.
