Centre for Distance and Open Learning (C.D.O.L.), Jamia Millia Islamia (a Central University by an Act of Parliament) Jamia Nagar, New Delhi-110025, was founded in 2002 with the objective to join the Open Learning System in furnishing chances for more eminent teaching to those who otherwise are not able to draw profits from the conventional system.
