JSS Medical College, is situated in a sprawl 43 acre field in Sri Shivarathreeshwara Nagara, Mysore City. The college which was begun in 1984 has been projected and outfitted for distribution of lineament medical education. J S S Medical College provides 5.5 years bachelor’s degree courses in MBBS. Admission to this course is made by a merit list developed on the ground of the marks of the students in the Common Entrance Test (CET). In this course the reservation available to different reserved categories like SC, ST and OBC is as per the Government of India norms.

Admission procedure
Admission into MBBS Course would be done by CEE conducted by PSG. P S G provides MBBS & PG Course. A Candidate who has passed his Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent examination with 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology or Botany & Zoology are eligible to apply.
