Introduction
KVG Medical College is located at Kurunjibag, Sullia, a backward, Malanad and rural area in the Dakshina Kannada district of Karnataka State, which is on the State Highway amongst Mysore and Mangalore. Established in 1999, KVG Medical College & Hospital is a regarded medical college in the state of Karnataka. The medical college is associated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore.

The medical college is sanctioned by Medical Council of India (MCI). KVG Medical College is possessed and handled by a Trust named Academy of Liberal Education. KVG Medical College supplies bachelor’s degree courses in MBBS. A candidate who wants to admission to this course will be oriented by a merit list set up on the ground of the marks of the examinees in the Common Entrance Test (CET).
